When you submit a booking request, Nails Gallery & Spa may collect your name, phone number, email address, requested service, preferred date and time, technician preference and any notes you choose to provide.

We use this information to respond to your appointment request and communicate about scheduling. We do not sell the information submitted through this form.

Booking requests are currently processed by FormSubmit so the information can be emailed to the salon. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained in its submission archive for up to 30 days. Please avoid submitting sensitive medical, financial or identification information in the notes field.
